It’s essential that you provide accurate and up-to-date information to help us serve you better. Along with the onboarding form, please submit your current resume and a generic cover letter. These documents are crucial for tailoring your job applications effectively.

Set up a dedicated email address for your job search. This email will be used exclusively for job applications. Please provide the credentials for this email account in the onboarding form so that we can manage applications and follow-ups on your behalf.

Job Search

Once we have all your essential information, our team will begin searching for job opportunities that match your qualifications and career goals. We leverage the top job portals to ensure we cover a broad spectrum of potential employers. Each job we find will be listed in a Google Spreadsheet, which will include details like job title, company name, a brief description, and a link to the job posting. This spreadsheet will be shared with you for real-time tracking and updates.

Review and Selection

You will review the curated job listings in the Google Spreadsheet. For each job, you can decide whether to proceed with an application by marking it as “Apply” or “Don’t Apply” based on your interest and alignment with the position. This step puts you in control of the final application decisions, ensuring that every application submitted is for a role you are genuinely interested in.

Application Submission

For every job you mark as “Apply,” we will prepare and submit the application on your behalf. This includes tailoring your resume and cover letter to meet the specific requirements of each job posting. We ensure that all applications are completed accurately and professionally, enhancing your chances of landing an interview. Each application’s status, including submission dates and any follow-up actions, will be meticulously tracked in the Google Spreadsheet.

  • We create an account on every target company’s career page using standardized credentials. For sites that do not require account creation, we maintain a consistent email ID for tracking applications.

Step 2: Searching for Positions

  • Objective: To identify all relevant full-time professional, senior-level, and entry-level positions suitable for you.
  • Method: We search using specific keywords, apply location filters, and thoroughly evaluate job listings. Our goal is to maximize the discovery of potential opportunities by extracting the most relevant positions from each company.

Step 3: Evaluation and Filtering

  • Detailed Analysis: We review job descriptions based on your provided profile, focusing on specific words and requirements.
  • Filtering Criteria:
    1. Keywords to Search For: Based on your professional background and desired positions.
    2. Location Filters: We consider any city and state within specified countries.
    3. Exclusion Keywords: We avoid openings containing certain words that indicate irrelevance.
    4. Critical Words in Job Descriptions: We prioritize positions that explicitly mention key skills or qualifications.
    5. Experience Requirements: Positions requiring experience outside your range are eliminated.
    6. Disqualifying Words: We filter out jobs with specific words in qualifications that do not match your profile.
    7. Depth of Knowledge: Jobs requiring extremely deep knowledge on specific topics are included or excluded depending on your instructions.
    8. Role-Specific Elimination: Purely specialized roles not matching your expertise are excluded.
    9. Close Matches: Jobs that closely match the desired skills or qualifications are considered.
    10. Eligibility Check: Ensuring the position aligns with your status (e.g., US permanent citizen/green card holder).
